• Discover, follow, and support musical artists
• Join and actively participate in artist fandoms
• Share posts, images, videos, and other media
• Interact with other users through likes, comments, reactions, and reposts
• Send and receive direct messages with other community members
• Discover and browse music events and concerts
• Apply for and maintain artist verification status

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

To access most features of the platform, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential at all times
• Be fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at the first sign of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials, transfer your account, or allow others to access it
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or whose continued existence poses a risk to the community or the platform.

You retain full ownership of all content you create and post on the platform. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely in connection with operating and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You expressly agree not to post, share, or transmit content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence not appropriate for a general audience
• Promotes discrimination, hatred, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
• Includes unsolicited commercial messages, spam, phishing attempts, or malicious software
• Impersonates any person, entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity
• Violates the privacy of others, including posting personal information without consent
• Encourages or glorifies illegal activities or self-harm

We may, at our sole discretion, remove content that violates these terms without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Artists may apply for verified status on our platform, which grants enhanced visibility, credibility markers, and access to artist-specific features. The verification process requires:

• Submission of a valid, government-issued photo ID
• Proof of artistic activity, such as streaming profiles, official websites, or press coverage
• Confirmation of your identity through our review process
• Agreement to our artist-specific community guidelines

Verified status is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to revoke verification at any time if we determine that:

• Information provided during verification was false or misleading
• The verified artist engages in conduct that violates these Terms or our community standards
• The account no longer represents an active artist

Impersonating a verified artist, submitting fraudulent verification documents, or attempting to manipulate the verification process is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Our platform hosts community spaces called Fandoms, organized around specific artists or music genres. By participating in fandoms, you agree to:

• Respect fandom rules set by creators and moderators
• Not post off-topic, spam, or low-effort content
• Treat all members with respect and courtesy
• Accept moderation decisions made by fandom moderators in good faith

Fandom creators and moderators have discretion to remove members, posts, or comments that violate fandom rules or these Terms. Disputes between users about moderation decisions may be escalated to our support team.

We are not responsible for the conduct of fandom moderators, but we do reserve the right to intervene in cases of severe abuse of moderation powers.

Direct messaging features are provided for legitimate, personal communication between users on the platform. You agree to use messaging exclusively for its intended purpose and not to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages, advertising, or promotional content (spam)
• Harass, intimidate, threaten, or stalk other users
• Share illegal content, explicit media without consent, or links to malicious websites
• Solicit personal information from users, particularly from minors
• Impersonate another user or platform representative

We may review messages if reported by users or if required by applicable law. Users who violate messaging policies may have their messaging privileges suspended or revoked. Severe violations may result in full account termination.

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on the platform — excluding user-generated content — are owned by or licensed to us. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any such material without our prior written consent or the consent of the respective rights holder.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyright or other intellectual property has been infringed on our platform, please contact us with:

• A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed
• The location (URL) of the allegedly infringing content on our platform
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect and process data including but not limited to:

• Account registration information (name, email address, password hash)
• Profile information you choose to provide (bio, profile picture, social links)
• Content you post, share, or interact with
• Usage data and platform activity
• Device and connection information
• Location data when explicitly enabled by you

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

In addition to the content restrictions outlined in Section 4, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its servers, or databases
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the platform or its connected systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or collect data from the platform without express written permission
• Create, distribute, or use any software designed to scrape, index, or mirror the platform
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Engage in activities that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's software
• Circumvent any content-filtering techniques or security measures we employ
• Use the platform to facilitate any pyramid scheme, multi-level marketing, or similar activity

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for conduct that:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions or our community guidelines
• Is harmful, threatening, or abusive toward other users or our staff
• Is otherwise objectionable or poses a risk to the safety of the community
• Is in breach of any applicable law or regulation

Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform immediately ceases. Any data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time through your account settings. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain data.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — either express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the use of the platform will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the platform will be corrected

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will also provide notice through:

• A prominent banner or notification within the platform
• An email notification sent to your registered email address
• A pop-up requiring acknowledgment of the new terms

Your continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account deletion.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek resolution informally.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by law.

You agree that any claim or dispute must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period shall be permanently barred.
